746.10 SHILLS.

No person shall act at any such sale by auction or going-out-of-business sale as bidder, or what is commonly known as a "capper", "booster" or "shiller" or offer to make any false bid, or offer any false bid to buy or pretend to buy any article sold or offered for sale at any sale by auction or going-out-of-business sale.
