743.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. Each separate sale, offering for sale or advertising for sale at a public auction, going-out-of-business sale or distress merchandise sale, or any goods, wares or merchandise in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
