743.24 APPEAL.
   In case the Mayor refuses to issue a license or revokes or suspends a license, the applicant or licensee may appeal from the Mayor's order to a Board of Appeals, composed of three members appointed by the judges of the Municipal Court.
   Notice of appeal shall be in writing and shall be filed with the Mayor within ten days after making the order. The Board, within ten days after filing the notice of appeal with the Mayor, shall proceed with the hearing of such appeal. All parties interested will be given an opportunity to be heard, and the Board shall approve, modify or annul the order from which the appeal has been perfected. The decision of the Board shall be final. (1967 Code §115.40)
