743.23 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.

The Mayor may revoke or suspend a license granted under authority of this chapter if any licensee sells, offers for sale or advertises for sale any goods, wares or merchandise in addition to those permitted under Section 743.17, or violates any requirement or provision hereof or any law relating to the business so licensed or otherwise fails to comply with the terms of this chapter. (1967 Code §115.39)
