743.21 ATTENDANCE.

The person to whom the license has been granted or his authorized representative, shall remain in continuous attendance at all times while the auction, going-out-of-business sale or distress merchandise sale is being conducted, and shall be responsible for any violation of this chapter. (1967 Code §115.37)
