743.20 SHILLERS.

No person shall act at any sale by auction, going-out-of-business sale or distress merchandise sale as bidder, or what is commonly known as a "capper", "booster" or "shiller", or offer or make any false bid to buy or pretend to buy any article sold or offered for sale at any sale by auction, going-out-of-business sale or distress merchandise sale. (1967 Code §115.36)
