743.19 MISREPRESENTATION.

No licensee, his agent or employee shall make any statement which is false in any particular, has a tendency to mislead or make any misrepresentation with reference to any article sold or offered for sale during such auction, going-out-of-business sale or distress merchandise sale. (1967 Code §115.35)
