743.16 ADVERTISING.

   A licensee under this chapter shall not advertise a public auction, going-out-of-business sale or distress merchandise sale earlier than three days prior to the date on which the public auction, going-out-of-business sale or distress merchandise sale is licensed to begin. Advertising of such sales or auctions shall state the number of the license issued pursuant to Section 743.14, the date when the sale is to begin and, during the last fifteen days of sale, clearly and prominently state the date the sale will end.
