743.04 LICENSE REQUIRED.

   No person shall sell, offer for sale or advertise for sale at a public auction, going-out-of-business sale or as a distress merchandise sale any goods, wares or merchandise, whether it be his property or that of another, unless a license for such public auction, going-out-of-business sale or distress merchandise sale has been issued and is in force. The license must be displayed in a prominent place on the premises wherein the sale is being conducted and the number of the license so designated must be displayed in any advertising of such sale.
