737.09 RECORDS AND STATEMENTS.
Each licensee shall make and keep a record of each and every resident or business of the City whose refuse he has transported from private or public property to an approved landfill by the licensee or his servants. The record shall contain the full name and address of the resident or business, the date of removal and the address of the dump site along with a copy of the dump slip, exempting any business that contracts with the City for regular refuse pickup.
Every licensee shall maintain the above-noted records and make them available upon request to representatives of the Youngstown Police Department, Youngstown Health Department and/or representatives of the Department of Public Works.
