731.04 LICENSE FOR EACH BENCH.

If the application is for licenses for more than one bench at the same or different locations, a separate license shall, when issued, be assigned and granted for each bench authorized to be installed, but each such license issued shall be valid only for the particular location designated therein. (1967 Code §95.66)
