731.02 ADDITIONAL BENCH FEE.

   If the application for the license is granted, an additional license fee of three dollars ($3.00) shall be paid to the Engineering Commissioner for each bench at the time the license is issued, and the Commissioner, in turn, shall transfer all fees paid through the Finance Director to the General Revenue Fund of the City.
