727.99 PENALTY.

   Whoever knowingly commits a deceptive or unconscionable act or practice as defined in Sections 727.02 to 727.04 in connection with a consumer transaction or fails to comply with a written assurance of voluntary compliance entered into in accordance with Section 727.06, is guilty of a misdemeanor in the first degree for each such violation.
