723.04 EXEMPTIONS.
The requirements of this chapter do not apply to:
(a) Attorneys-at-law admitted to practice by the Ohio Supreme Court.
(b) Any state of the United States, or any of their political subdivisions or departments or agencies.
(c) Executors, administrators, guardians, trustees, receivers, trustees in bankruptcy and other fiduciaries duly qualified and appointed by a court of competent jurisdiction, when acting in their fiduciary capacity.
