711.04 APPEAL.

   Any person denied the issuance of an alarm permit as described in this chapter, or any permit holder revoked or denied renewal, may within ten days of such action, appeal to Council by filing with the Clerk of Council a signed written statement briefly setting forth his grounds of appeal. The applicant may appear before Council in person, or by his attorney, and the decision of Council therein shall be final. (Ord. 82-505. Passed 11-10-82.)
