709.06 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY REQUIRED.

   A certificate of occupancy issued by the Administrator is required in advance of occupancy or use of a building hereafter erected, or a building hereafter altered, or a change of use of any building for a regulated use. Upon payment of any required fee for a certificate of occupancy, the Administrator shall sign and issue such certificate if the proposed regulated use is found to conform to the applicable provisions of this chapter.
