709.03 AGE OF PARTICIPANTS.

No person under the legal age of majority, as determined by the legislature of the State, shall be admitted to or offered the use of the materials described in Section 709.01, of any adult bookstore, adult moviehouse, adult theater or adult cabaret. It shall be the duty of the operator of such adult bookstore, adult moviehouse, adult theater or adult cabaret to determine the age of each person patronizing his place of business.
