547.24 EXECUTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTS.

All public works contracts and certificates shall be executed in triplicate and each copy thereof shall be considered as an original and shall have attached thereto as a part thereof a true copy of the specifications for the work and the bid therefore. One copy shall be deposited with the director of the department having charge of such work, one copy with the Director of Finance and one copy shall be delivered to the contractor. (Ord. 86-142.
