547.17 PROFESSIONAL AND CLERICAL STAFFS OF COMMISSION.
(a) The Human Relations Commission may, through the Mayor, request from Council, such professional, clerical and other positions as may be necessary in order to properly carry on its duties.
(b) All appointments to professional and clerical staff positions will be made by the Mayor following discussion with the Commission and the Executive Director.
