547.15 REPORT OF COMMISSION.

   The Human Relations Commission shall have power to publish and distribute, at public expense, such material as it shall deem necessary or desirable to the performance its duties, but subject to the limitation or to the amount to be expended each year by the appropriation set up on the annual appropriation ordinance of the City for such purpose.
