547.01 APPLICABILITY OF THIS CHAPTER.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to discriminatory practices including, but not limited to, discrimination in employment, public accommodations and housing which occur within the territorial limits of the City, and to employment, contracted for, performed or to be performed within these limits, and discrimination at places of public accommodation, resort, recreation and amusement located within the territorial limits of the City.
