541.13 TRESPASSING UPON PARK AND RECREATION PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall enter upon any lands of the City utilized for park and recreation purposes except during the hours of operation as established and posted by the Park and Recreation Commission.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 86-578. Passed 9-17-86.)
