533.18 SEXUAL CONDUCT IN AUTOMOBILES.

   (a)   No occupant of a vehicle occupying the space in parking areas or lots fronting the thoroughfares of the City shall engage in sexual conduct, sexual contact or sexual activity.

   Whoever violates this subsection is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

   (b)   No person shall congregate or unlawfully occupy any vacant parking area, space or lot fronting a thoroughfare without owning the same or without permission of the owner or person entitled to possession of same.

   Whoever violates this subsection is guilty of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

   (c)   No person shall tend to disturb or aid in disturbing the peace and quiet of others by violent, tumultuous, offense or obstreperous conduct, and no person shall knowingly permit such conduct upon any parking lot, area or space premises fronting a thoroughfare, owned or possess by him, or under his control.

   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. 91897. Passed 5-19-76.)
