529.10 MINORS ON PREMISES RESTRICTED.
   (a)   No minor shall enter or frequent any room, place or premises within the corporate limits where intoxicating liquor is drunk, dispensed, sold or offered for sale, unless accompanied by his parent or legally appointed guardian, or unless the minor on his own behalf or on behalf of the parent, guardian or employer of the minor, enter or frequent the room, place or premises for the purpose of transacting lawful and legitimate business with the owner, proprietor or agent thereof.
   (b)   No owner or proprietor of such room, place or premises where intoxicating liquor is drunk, sold or offered for sale within the corporate limits or his agent shall allow or permit any minor to enter or frequent such room, place or premises, unless accompanied by his parent or legally appointed guardian, or unless the owner, proprietor or agent allows or permits the minor on his own behalf, or on behalf of the parent, guardian or employer of the minor, to enter or frequent the room, place or premises for the purpose of transacting lawful and legitimate business with the owner, proprietor or agent thereof.    (c)   Possession by minors in any public place or in any motor vehicle upon the public streets, of intoxicating liquor, except in the original unopened container having thereon the seal prescribed by the Ohio Board of Liquor Control, or of any beer except in the unopened bottle or other sealed container, shall be considered as prima-facie evidence that such intoxicating liquor or beer has been illegally purchased or otherwise obtained.    (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
