525.18 PROOF OF VITAL STATISTIC INFORMATION ON IDENTIFICATION CARDS.

   (a)   No person or business, excepting employers who may issue an identification document to an employee in connection with employment purposes, shall make or issue what purports to be or simulates an identification card containing vital statistic information from official sources charged with the responsibility of maintaining such records, especially as it may apply to name, address and date of birth. The party issuing such an identification card shall keep a record of the sources of such verified statistical information. (Ord. 78-550. Passed 9-27-78.)

   (b)   Whoever sells an identification card with such unverified information is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each sale shall be a separate violation.
