521.14 HOISTING OR LOWERING OBJECTS FROM BUILDINGS.

   (a)   No person shall hoist or raise from any street into any building, loft or store room, or lower from any building, store, loft or room into any street, any cask, bale, bundle, box, crate or any goods, wares or merchandise, boards, joists, timber or other article by means of any rope, pulley, tackle or windlass. (1967 Code §95.03)

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor or the fourth degree.
