   521.13 WASTEPAPER RECEPTACLES.
   (a)   No person shall place or deposit any substance, other than wastepaper, in any wastepaper receptacle on the street or sidewalks of the City.
(1967 Code §95.02)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor or the fourth degree.
