521.11 SMOKING AND SPITTING ON PUBLIC VEHICLES.

   (a)   No person shall smoke or spit in or on any bus while the same is engaged in hauling passengers for hire within the corporate limits.

   (b)   No person shall refuse to desist from smoking or spitting in or on any bus engaged in the transportation of passengers for hire within the corporate limits when requested to do so by an employee of the bus company or by an employee of a person operation a bus company within the corporate limits. (1967 Code §133.40)

   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
