521.081 DUTY OF OWNER, AGENT OR OCCUPANT TO REMOVE.
   After notice from the Health Commissioner or his/her duly appointed agent to so abate such public nuisance, the owner, agent or occupant in charge of any lot, parcel or tract of land, or any lot, parcel or tract of land abutting or adjacent to any curb, sidewalk, street, land, alleyway or other public ground within the City, shall remove any public nuisance described in Section 521.08(a), (b) or (c) within three days, Sundays and legal holidays excepted, or shall be subjected to the cost of removal of a public nuisance as stated in Section 521.082.
