509.09 DISTURBING SPORTING EVENTS.
   (a)   No unauthorized person shall at any public assemblage for a sporting event, athletic contest or athletic exhibition of any kind, either individually or collectively enter upon, either prior to, during or after the event, the designated area reserved for the players, contestants, participants or those designated to officiate the event, and interfere, disrupt, obstruct, impair, delay or otherwise endanger the peaceful and orderly assemblage or dissemblage of the public attending the event.
   (b)   No unauthorized person, either individually or collectively, shall obstruct, impair, impede, hamper, hinder, disrupt, interfere, delay, join or attempt to join therein without official authority the lawful peaceful movement of a public procession, parade patriotic or otherwise, marching band, athletic exhibition or sporting event, or otherwise endanger its officials, marshals or participants at or during any such lawfully organized public assemblage or disassemblage, parade, athletic exhibition or sporting event; nor interfere, deter, disturb, tend to disturb the peaceful progressive and orderly movement of any of the herein enumerated mentioned events, or in any way deter, hinder or prevent the achievement of the objectives and purposes of the participants by violent, tumultuous, offensive or obstreperous conduct.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor; each additional offense if committed within a year of the first offense is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
