   505.21 FISHING RESTRICTED.
   (a)   No person shall take or catch fish in any manner in any water or stream within the City from December 1 to April 30.
   (b)   No person shall catch fish in any manner by standing upon or near any bridge or other elevated structure on any street or highway in the City.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
