505.16 ANIMALS ON PUBLIC GROUNDS.
   (a)   Animals Left Standing on Street. No person who is the owner or has control over any horse or similar animal shall leave the same standing upon any street, avenue, square, park or other public ground, unless the animal is securely fastened or the reins attached to such animal are in the hands or within convenient reach of such person.
   (b)   Feeding Animals in Streets, Parks, Public Grounds. No person who is the owner or has control over any horse or other animal shall feed or cause the same to be fed upon any street, avenue, square, park or other public ground in the City. (1967 Code §95.10, 95.11)
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
