The members of the Aviation Advisory Committee shall elect a chairman and vice-chairman at the first meeting, and, at each annual meeting thereafter, such offices shall be filled by election for the next succeeding twelve (12) month term. The Airport Director shall serve as secretary to the Committee and shall provide such clerical assistance or supplies as may be necessary. (§ 5, Res. 69-8, as amended by § 1, Ord. 777, eff.
