The standard for food crop growing and harvesting operations are set forth in Chapter 6.5 of Part 3 of Division 5 of the Health and Safety Code, commencing with Section 5474.2 and regulations promulgated thereunder, including Group 11 of Subchapter 1 of Chapter 5 of Part 1 of Title 17 of the Code of California Regulations, commencing with Section T-17-8000.
