Sec. 6-3.12.   Examinations and condemnation of food and drink.
   Samples of food or drink may be taken and examined by the Public Health Director as often as may be necessary for the detection of unwholesomeness, adulteration, or misbranding. The Public Health Director may condemn, denature, remove, and destroy any food or drink which is unwholesome, adulterated, or misbranded, or he may forbid the sale for human consumption of any food or drink which is adulterated or misbranded.
