Sec. 6-1.911.   Fees.
   Upon a determination by the Health Officer that an animal which has been isolated or quarantined in accordance with the provisions of this article may be released or discharged from such isolation or quarantine, the animal may be released to the owner or other person responsible for its care and control upon the payment of the fees provided in Section 6-1.804 of Article 8 of this chapter. If the owner or other person responsible for the care and control of the animal does not obtain the release of the animal, such owner or other responsible person shall pay, and be charged and liable for, the fees set forth in subsections (1) and (2) of subsection (b)of said Section 6-1.804.
