Sec. 6-1.713.   Suspension of kennel licenses.
   The Chief, Division of Animal Control, may make an order suspending any kennel license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter upon a finding that there exists any fact which would have been a ground for refusal to issue a kennel license, or if there has been a violation of the provisions of Sections 6-1.401 through 6- 1.405 or 6-1.412 through 6-1.419 of Article 4 of this chapter, or if there has been a violation of the conditions imposed in any kennel license, or if the owner of the kennel, or any agent or employee employed therein, has been convicted of a violation of the provisions of Section 597 of the Penal Code of the State.
