A license shall be issued after the submission of a completed application form, a license fee, and a rabies vaccination certificate issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter establishing that the dog in question has been vaccinated in accordance with the requirements of the State Department of Health. The license shall be sent to the applicant within ninety (90) days thereafter. A copy of all licenses shall be filed in the office of the Chief of the Animal Control Division and shall at all times be open for public inspection. (§ 2, Ord. 703, eff.
