Sec. 6-1.602.   Dogs required to be licensed.
   A dog required to be licensed shall be a dog that::
   (a)   Is over the age of four (4) months; and
   (b)   Is not in a licensed kennel; and
   (c)   Has not been in a licensed kennel within forty-eight (48) hours; and
   (d)   Has been in the County for ten (10) days. (§ 2, Ord. 703, eff. May 22, 1974)
