Sec. 6-1.422. Violations: Misdemeanors: Infractions.

   (a)   Any person who violates the provisions of Sections 6-1.401, through 6-1.401.3, 6-1.410 through 6-1.413, 6-1.415, 6-1.418, or 6-1.419 of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (b)   Any other provision of this Code notwithstanding, any person who violates any provision of this article other than the provisions set forth in subsection (a)of this section shall be guilty of an infraction, punishable as set forth in Section 25132 of the Government Code of the State.
