Sec. 6-1.203. Authority to carry firearms.

The Chief of the Animal Control Division, and such animal control officers as he may specifically designate in writing, are hereby authorized to carry firearms when acting in the course and scope of their employment pursuant to the provisions of Section 12031 of the Penal Code of the State.
