Sec. 6-1.104. Territory.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the entire unincorporated territory of the County, and the provisions governing dogs shall apply to territory within any city which is located within the County which requests, by ordinance, the application of the provisions of this chapter within the confines of such city.
