This chapter is enacted pursuant to authority conferred by the following enactments:
(a) Article 11, Section 7 of the California Constitution;
(b) Title 3, Division 2, Chapter 8 of the Government Code (commencing with Section 25800) of the State;
(c) Division 1, Part 2, Chapter 1, Article 1 of the Health and Safety Code (commencing with Section 450) of the State; and
(d) Division 14 of the Food and Agricultural Code (commencing with Section 30501) of the State. (§ 2, Ord. 703, eff. May 22, 1974)
