Sec. 5-17.301. Licenses: Required.

It shall be unlawful for any owner of a taxicab to drive or operate, or cause or permit another person to drive or operate, a taxicab on the public highways of the unincorporated areas of the County without having a valid taxicab license. (§ 1, Ord. 893, eff. November 1, 1980)
