Sec. 5-17.102. Authority.
   This chapter is enacted pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 of Article 11 of the Constitution of the State and Chapter 5 of Division 7 of the Vehicle Code of the State (commencing with Section 16500). (§ 1, Ord. 893, eff. November 1, 1980)
