Sec. 5-14.401.   Suspension of permits.
   The Sheriff-Coroner may make an order suspending any permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter upon determining that there exists any fact which would have been a ground for refusal to issue the permit, or when there has been a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or rules promulgated pursuant thereto, or if the applicant shall have failed to file a supplementary application or list of his clients or employers, and a list of his employees, within thirty (30) days after a request to do so, or after any occurrence or change in employers, clients, or employees, or shall fail to file a complete list or roster of all employees, both exempt and nonexempt, every thirty (30) days, commencing on the date of the issuance of the permit.
