Upon making his order granting a permit or granting a permit subject to conditions, the Sheriff-Coroner shall issue a permit to the applicant. Each permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall bear a number. Once a permit number has been assigned, it shall not be reassigned to any other permittee. (§ 1, Ord. 661, eff.
