Sec. 5-14.219.   Dishonesty or fraud.
   No person who has committed any act constituting dishonesty or fraud shall operate, manage, or serve as a nonexempt employee of a private patrol enterprise. (§ 1, Ord. 661, eff. January 12, 1972)
