No person shall serve as a nonexempt employee of a private patrol enterprise if a private patrol operator’s license issued to him in accordance with the provisions of the Private Investigator and Adjuster Act set forth in Sections 7500, et seq. of the Business and Professions Code of the State has ever been revoked.
