No person shall serve as a nonexempt employee of a private patrol enterprise unless there is in force a private patrol operator’s license issued to the operator of that private patrol enterprise in accordance with the provisions of the Private Investigator and Adjuster Act set forth in Sections 7500, et seq. of the Business and Professions Code of the State.
